1. What are the differences in stone finishes?
AB - Aurora Borealis is a coating that gives the crystal a rainbow sparkle effect, it was inspired by the Northern Lights.
AB 2x - Same as AB but with coatings on both sides of the crystal. This makes the coating much more visible.
CAL - Comet Argent Light adds a silver foil layer to half of the crystal.
Hematite - A dark metallic coating.
Satin - Makes the crystal's color more muted and natural.

2. Which stones will I need to decorate my custom gown?
The stones that Sunny will use to decorate your custom gown or costume will be the Swarovski Beads or Swarovski Pearls.

3. Which stones will I need to bling my accessories?
For decorating your custom gift of accessory, Sunny will use the Swarovski Rhinestones.

4. How do I know which size to pick?
The size of stone you choose will depend upon your design. Sunny will let you know which size to choose for your custom design.

5. How many stones will I need?
The amount of Crystals that you will need will depend upon your custom design. All Crystals here are sold in GROSS quantities. One gross will equal 140 pieces. Generall a minimum needed by Sunny will be 10 Gross. Always check with Sunny first on the amount of Crystals needed for any custom project.

6. What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Sunnynelsonaccessories.com. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return products within 60 days of the order shipment date.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on discontinued items, cut wire, chain, crystal links or chain, opened stringing materials, partial returns on items packaged in bulk or books.

If you return a partial quantity of an item, your credit will be prorated for this item based on the quantity you kept.

Please follow the instructions below when returning merchandise:

*Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. (For example, labels must still be attached and unmarred, products in their original bags, strands of beads still strung, sealed packages unopened.) A product that is returned in a way that it cannot be resold as is will be assessed a 15 percent restocking fee.
*Include a copy of the packing slip that came with your order.
*On the packing slip, circle or highlight the returned products and indicate the quantity you are returning. Please do not write on or mar the product label.
*Package the products carefully for return shipment. For your protection, we recommend that you send your returns by insured US mail, UPS or FedEx.
